SHIPPING
We manage all orders on a daily basis, processing each request in the shortest time possible. Thanks to the solidity of the couriers we rely on, Mimì Abbigliamento is able to deliver all over Italy and Europe in a very short time.
SHIPPING COSTS
Italian base rate (except Sardinia):
- 6,00€ for orders under € 100,00;
- free of charge for orders with amount equal or higher than € 100.00.
Basic rate Italy - Sardinia:
- 10,00€ for orders under € 150,00;
- free of charge for orders with amount equal or higher than € 150.00.
European Union Fee:
- 40,00€ for orders under € 400,00;
- free of charge for orders with amount equal or higher than € 400.00.
Extra E.U. rate:
- for info send an email to Customer Service;

For uncomfortable areas or places difficult to reach (islands, border areas) we reserve the right to cancel the order or to agree on shipping costs congruent with the weight, volume and number of items you want to buy.

DELIVERY TIMES
Each order is prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days from the moment it is placed. From the moment the order is entrusted to the Express Courier, 1-2 working days may pass before the order reaches its destination. The calculation of delivery times is not intended as binding for Mimì Abbigliamento. In the calculation of delivery times are not to be considered on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
For Europe the times are longer and will be evaluated according to the country of destination, generally it can take from 2 to 5 working days.
ORDER TRACEABILITY
When the purchase order is processed for shipment you can view on your private area the status "Complete" and you will receive on your email address reported in the order an email with the tracking number to track the delivery. If you do not receive the email, check your spam box or contact Customer Service.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
In order to ensure the correct delivery time, we ask you to fill in every part of the data required for the delivery address and to report any references of companies, offices, public activities and opening hours, if it is not a delivery to private homes. Mimì Abbigliamento will not respond to any errors or omissions of the customer in the compilation of the address. Tampered or damaged packages
Mimì Abbigliamento is not responsible for delays or damages related to products. In case of receipt of tampered or damaged parcels, it is requested to refuse the delivery or to withdraw by signing subject to control. Photograph the package before and after opening. FURTHER INFORMATION
In the event that the delivery of the order is refused or it is impossible to deliver the shipment for reasons not attributable to Mimì Abbigliamento will be deducted from the refund the shipping costs incurred for delivery and the return of the goods.
The Courier Delivery Service, in case of absence of the addressee of the second step, issues a notice with a telephone number to agree on a new delivery or the withdrawal at the depot.
The costs of storage accrued from the 5th day for the Service will be borne by the customer.
Customs Duties
For orders with shipment to countries outside the European Union, import customs duties are charged to the customer. The value corresponds to a percentage of the total invoice which may vary depending on the place of destination.
